Our mission is to help solve the homelessness crisis in LA by placing housing-insecure college students in tiny homes on backyards near campus.
There’s a housing crisis in Los Angeles. People are losing access to reasonably priced homes within proximity to their livelihoods, forcing them to either live beyond their means, live in undesirable situations, or give up urban dwelling entirely. No one is hit harder than the city's college student population, where 1 in 10 Cal State students is homeless and 1 in 5 community college kids face constant housing insecurity.
Our vision is to reverse that trend, easing L.A.'s housing crisis by converting underutilized residential land
into micro-unit living space.
